About the role
- Project Consultant managing client business solutions in planning, reporting, and consolidating at elKomSolutions in Germany. Collaborating with various stakeholders for efficient implementations.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise our clients in implementing custom business solutions in the areas of planning, reporting, and consolidation
- Independently manage the entire project lifecycle for external clients, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and end-user training
- Close coordination with clients' business units and IT departments
- Ensure tailored solutions that are functional, efficient, and future-proof
- Travel to client sites for on-site support
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or IT — ideally with a focus on Controlling, Financial Planning, or Business Informatics
- Alternatively: professional experience in Controlling or Financial Accounting (ideally with practical experience in consolidation and/or corporate planning)
- Initial experience working with multidimensional databases (OLAP), ideally IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Knowledge of common BI tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, structured working style, and team-oriented
- Very good German and good English skills.
