About the role
- Lead consultant responsible for implementing SuccessFactors EC and/or Talent module in global projects. Ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional consultant responsible for the implementation of a single SuccessFactors EC and/or Talent module
- Ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications
- Deliver the right quality of deliverables into a customer’s Production environment
- Deliver presentations internally and externally to stakeholders
- Organize and support the data mapping with client and implementation teams
- Ensure the clients fulfill their responsibilities in term of data management
- Organize the validation and reconciliation points in the data migration process
- Carry out agreed STRADA Testing and ensure all agreed issues are corrected prior to customer testing
- Support in the development of proposals, pricing and SOW review
Requirements
- Excellent experience in HR services delivery, HR consulting or similar internal HRIS/HRIT function
- Demonstratable experience in the implementation and application service of SuccessFactors products
- Experience of at least one end to end global (more than 5 countries) deployment project involving Employee Central or another SFSF module as functional consultant.
- SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central
- SuccessFactors Professional Certification in SF Time Tracking desirable
- Business proficient in English
- IAS / IPS technical set-up knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge regarding SF across module integrations and external integrations via BIB and CPI are a plus
- Demonstrated project management skills is a plus
- HR business process experience is a plus
- German language skills are a plus
