About the role

  • Performance Analyst managing digital marketing strategies and campaign results for hotels, inns, and resorts in Brazil. Collaborating with teams to optimize outputs and ensure project deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure task and project deadlines via ClickUp
  • Follow up on deliverables using a structured method and visual tracking (execution CRM-style)
  • Organize and maintain task routines with owners, deadlines, and checklists
  • Conduct short status-update meetings with task owners
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
  • Produce weekly reports highlighting delays and bottlenecks
  • Propose and test automations and AI-driven improvements starting from the third month

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and data analysis
  • Availability to work during regular business hours
  • Previous experience at a digital marketing agency is preferred
