About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact initiatives across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Build and maintain clear program roadmaps, communication plans, and progress reporting for executive stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks across initiatives, remove blockers, and ensure accountability
- Drive continuous improvement by standardizing program management practices, tools, and workflows
- Build repeatable frameworks and best practices to improve program execution at scale
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management, product operations, or product management experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting
- Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience in SaaS, AI-driven products, or workflow automation (bonus)
- Proficiency with data analysis (bonus)
- Background in scaling operations across global teams (bonus)
