About the role

  • Support issuance and follow-up of orders;
  • Monitor exchange orders with stores and ensure deadlines are met;
  • Request and track packaging approvals with suppliers and internal departments;
  • Organize and verify department documentation (supplier qualification, import documents, etc.);
  • Track import documentation;
  • Coordinate and monitor pre-shipment inspection processes;
  • Monitor merchandise arrivals and update internal controls;
  • Provide support in daily supplier contacts for operational coordination;
  • Adjust and maintain the department's control spreadsheets;
  • Assist in preparing and presenting materials for internal meetings;
  • Actively participate in the team's weekly meetings.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Basic knowledge of import processes (PI — import orders, documentation, pre-shipment inspections, shipment/arrival follow-ups).
