About the role

  • Senior Procurement Buyer supporting Global Procurement Operations during a leave coverage period. Ensuring efficient Procure-to-Pay processes and effective vendor onboarding across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new vendors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with global standards
  • Maintain and improve vendor master data quality to support downstream purchasing activities
  • Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Americas region for P2P-related escalations
  • Review and/or approve purchase requisitions as required
  • Provide guidance and support on P2P processes from requisition through receipt
  • Partner with internal business functions to ensure procurement and vendor onboarding activities comply with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement operations, vendor onboarding, and vendor master data management
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Ariba P2P systems
  • Proficiency in SAP and/or Ariba
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience using SharePoint
