Responsibilities

- Manage procurement projects from conception to successful implementation, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness of our purchasing processes.
- Cost optimization: Develop measures for the sustainable reduction of procurement costs through effective strategies.
- Market and trend analysis: Monitor the market landscape and identify opportunities to optimize procurement strategy.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks within our supply chains to ensure a secure and continuous flow of goods.
- Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with high quality standards through continuous inspection and monitoring.
- Reporting and KPI systems: Create and maintain reporting systems and KPI dashboards to monitor and control procurement processes.
- Teamwork: Work closely with internal departments to seamlessly integrate purchasing activities into the overall company strategy.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a degree in procurement, business administration, logistics, or a comparable qualification
- At least 1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably with a specialization in the construction industry
- Existing strategic procurement skills or willingness to develop into a strategic procurement role
- Professional demeanor in negotiations, discretion, and loyalty
- Independent, solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to performance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and the Business Central ERP system
