Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other POs, developers, and stakeholders to continuously improve a suite of financial and insurance-related systems
- Own and manage product backlogs across one or more systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure smooth delivery by working closely with developers, testers, and analysts
- Learn the ins and outs of existing business operations in areas such as CRM and insurance management
- Champion product improvements that simplify processes and create measurable value
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile role
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments and leading ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews
- Experience with CRM, financial systems or financial services
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Working knowledge of JIRA, APIs, Salesforce , and digital delivery frameworks
- A focus on simplification, delivery, and user value
- Experience in insurance or related regulated environments (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with compliance-driven product decisions (nice-to-have)
- Salesforce certification (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to emerging AI technologies and their potential applications in customer experience, data, or workflow automation (nice-to-have)
