About the role

  • Collaborate with other POs, developers, and stakeholders to continuously improve a suite of financial and insurance-related systems
  • Own and manage product backlogs across one or more systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure smooth delivery by working closely with developers, testers, and analysts
  • Learn the ins and outs of existing business operations in areas such as CRM and insurance management
  • Champion product improvements that simplify processes and create measurable value

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile role
  • Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments and leading ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews
  • Experience with CRM, financial systems or financial services
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, APIs, Salesforce , and digital delivery frameworks
  • A focus on simplification, delivery, and user value
  • Experience in insurance or related regulated environments (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven product decisions (nice-to-have)
  • Salesforce certification (nice-to-have)
  • Exposure to emerging AI technologies and their potential applications in customer experience, data, or workflow automation (nice-to-have)
