Responsibilities
Own the product growth roadmap for AquaTru, focusing on conversion rate, revenue per visitor, AOV, and customer experience
Lead structured experimentation and A/B testing program across brand experiences on Shopify
Own tracking, attribution, and data integrity across all AquaTru partnership and referral sites
Leverage qualitative and quantitative customer insights to inform product decisions
Define and optimize ecommerce merchandising strategies across both brands
Monitor and evaluate Shopify and MarTech apps from a growth, CRO, and measurement perspective
Partner closely with Engineering on delivery, experimentation enablement, and measurement
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Growth PM, or Ecommerce Growth Lead
Hands-on experience with Shopify from a product and growth perspective
Strong data-driven mindset with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
