About the role
- Product Manager leading the strategy and execution for DEUNA's payments platform. Collaborating across teams to devise solutions that enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for your product area.
- Ensure alignment between product initiatives, company goals, and customer needs.
- Act as the source of truth for current features, upcoming releases, and backlog priorities.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, expand, or mature your product line.
- Translate aggregated customer needs into structured initiatives and product improvements.
- Design solutions that address underlying problems rather than simply documenting feature requests.
- Write clear product requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams to design scalable and high-impact solutions.
- Drive product development from concept to release, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Monitor product performance and adoption after release.
- Take ownership of product outcomes, continuously improving performance based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience working in fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.
- Strong ability to translate business problems into structured product solutions.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in technical environments.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience writing product specifications and requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced or fluent English. Spanish is desirable.
