About the role
- Identity Governance Services Owner at AGFA handling IAM and IGA services and modernization initiatives in India. Own the service lifecycle, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of IAM / IGA / UAM / PAM services.
- Take responsible for service KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and performance metrics.
- Manage service delivery by an outsourcing party (incidents, services requests, and problem, and change processes related to identity services).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service maturity.
- Ensure identity services meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001).
- Act as the primary point of contact for IAM/IGA-related questions from business, IT, security, and audit stakeholders.
- Drive implementation of a new IAM/IGA platform in collaboration with internal teams and a contracted third-party service organization.
- Act as the application owner for the IAM/IGA tool and processes.
- Manage and continuously adapt the solution to support new or changed applications across Agfa.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of IAM/IGA/UAM platforms.
- Oversee platform upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with IT teams and business.
- Very good English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Identity Governance of 5+ years.
- Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA tools implementation such as Omada, Okta, Evidian.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
