Responsibilities
Build out our services offerings — scope, prototype, and refine services and tools that help customers budget, forecast, and analyze performance in Ambrook.
Create frameworks for customer success — develop playbooks the customer success team can use to create additional value for our customers.
Identify product opportunities from deep product expertise — work with our product and design team to shape features that automate or simplify financial analysis for our customers and enable the customer success team.
Analyze user behavior — identify opportunities for expansion within our existing customer base and usage patterns to increase activation and retention.
Design scalable processes — define how Ambrook supports, measures, and learns from customers using advanced financial workflows.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, business operations, or product strategy, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or professional services.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. You can move fluidly between spreadsheets, SQL, and product metrics.
Deep product intuition. You can spot patterns in customer behavior and translate them into scalable features or tools.
Exceptional communicator who can synthesize complex data into clear insights for customers and teammates.
Curiosity about agriculture, accounting, or small-business finance or experience supporting owner-operators who wear many hats.
