Responsibilities
- Build out our services offerings — scope, prototype, and refine services and tools that help customers budget, forecast, and analyze performance in Ambrook.
- Create frameworks for customer success — develop playbooks the customer success team can use to create additional value for our customers.
- Identify product opportunities from deep product expertise — work with our product and design team to shape features that automate or simplify financial analysis for our customers and enable the customer success team.
- Analyze user behavior — identify opportunities for expansion within our existing customer base and usage patterns to increase activation and retention.
- Design scalable processes — define how Ambrook supports, measures, and learns from customers using advanced financial workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, business operations, or product strategy, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. You can move fluidly between spreadsheets, SQL, and product metrics.
- Deep product intuition. You can spot patterns in customer behavior and translate them into scalable features or tools.
- Exceptional communicator who can synthesize complex data into clear insights for customers and teammates.
- Curiosity about agriculture, accounting, or small-business finance or experience supporting owner-operators who wear many hats.
