Responsibilities
play a key role in the implementation, integration and roll-out of key assurance innovation initiatives
Administration of CaseWare including administering licenses, entity creation and template management
Provide Tier 2 application support for CaseWare , including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination
Serve as the escalation point for CaseWare issues, managing defects, prioritizing enhancements, coordinating resolutions, and tracking outcomes
Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Enterprise Technology & Information team to monitor CaseWare ticket volume, identify trends, and improve the issue management processes
Participate in the initial exploration and assessment of new assurance software tools
Develop and execute test cases to assess the functionality and performance of new assurance software
Develop and document formalized processes and controls around new assurance software tools
Develop, maintain and update practice management tools
Liaison between National Office , AI and Enterprise Technology & Information
Collaborate with internal teams and facilitate the resolution of gaps that have been identified in current processes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
3 + years of experience within an assurance team at a public accounting firm
2+ years of experience within a business transformation role
CPA, or equivalent experience
