Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a similar product-facing role in B2B SaaS
- Strong process and structure mindset
- Ability to bring clarity, rhythm, and accountability to team operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and align multiple teams
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working with data, defining success metrics, and measuring impact
- Tech-savvy approach and comfort working with tools such as Jira / Atlassian, Productboard, Notion, or equivalent
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach: able to move things forward quickly and iteratively
- Fluent English in a professional environment
