About the role

  • Detail-oriented contractor executing Time Off policy migrations at Pebl. Collaborating with HR teams to maintain data integrity and procedural accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Input and configure Time Off policies in internal tools based on provided guidelines and documentation
  • Accurately translate policy rules into system settings (e.g., accruals, carryover rules, eligibility)
  • Migrate employees from existing Time Off policies to newly created ones
  • Validate data accuracy before and after migration to ensure correct balances and assignments
  • Follow step-by-step instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, edge cases, or data issues
  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized records of completed work and progress tracking

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and documentation
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
  • Basic understanding of Time Off / leave policies is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
