About the role

  • support the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products and services to communicate the product’s value to the market
  • facilitating sales team training
  • creating marketing materials that communicate product features
  • developing the marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers
  • evaluate customer target audience, competitive landscape, and other market intelligence to support marketing plans for portfolio of products and services
  • collaborate cross-functionally on projects with product management, business development, sales, creative services, digital marketing, and ecommerce stakeholders
  • facilitate product and service training for global sales team
  • research, develop and manage a wide range of marketing collateral to support business priorities
  • assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes
  • develop and maintain marketing content including product enrichment, informative articles, brand and category webpages to build awareness and increase customer conversion
  • coordinate customer & supplier communications as needed in support of new offerings, process changes, & other relevant updates
  • support marketing requirements for industry events, including occasional attendance as needed
  • support project management of marketing activities

Requirements

  • 3 years of related work experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Related Field of Studies
  • 5 years of related work experience (Level 3)
  • 7 years of related work experience (Level 4)
  • PMP Certification and/or Agile experience
