About the role

  • Develop and execute on the strategic plan to strengthen the market position of Pelmorex Weather Source and its product brands
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and messaging aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Continuously track market trends, competitors, and target audience motivators to ensure our communication of value and differentiators is sharp and relevant.
  • Work with external marketplace partners and internal teams to ensure our market positioning is clear and uncover new opportunities that support our strategic growth objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of B2B go-to-market strategies, including planning, execution, stakeholder collaboration, mobilization of internal teams, and requirements for external marketplace vendors.
  • Oversee the overall success of product launches, ensuring the product rollout process is strictly followed before any materials are released.
  • Deploy strategies to drive top-of-funnel lead generation opportunities
  • Monitor and report on the success of launches, including lead generation, web traffic and digital & social campaign performance.
  • Maintain regular, timely communication with product and brand stakeholders to ensure cohesive information delivery to the market.
  • Lead the development and production of high-impact resources and marketing collateral in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to proactively understand market/client pain points and opportunities, influencing the creation of new collateral.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing and Strategy, ideally within a technical or data-focused environment.
  • A proven storyteller with the ability to elevate brands and products through compelling, technical-style narratives and clear market positioning.
  • Expertise in leading and executing end-to-end B2B Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and product launches.
  • Experience navigating and driving go-to-market efforts within cloud, data, or technical software ecosystems and marketplaces is a strong asset.
  • Strong business acumen and big-picture thinking, adept at translating market trends, competitive intelligence, and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) into actionable GTM plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-impact marketing and sales enablement materials. with experience using design and presentation software to produce professional-grade assets.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized; able to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Proven experience partnering seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive strategy alignment and successful execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills necessary for content creation, stakeholder collaboration, and presentations.
