Analyze product usage data, support tickets, and market trends to identify patterns and opportunities for upcoming product enhancements.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark our offering.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations for Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
Develop product marketing collateral (datasheets, white papers, case studies, presentations, webinars).
Work with Marketing to shape campaigns and content that address real customer needs and market pain points.
Ensure Sales has the right tools and messaging to position the product effectively with new and existing customers.
Create and continuously update scalable sales training materials for internal teams, partners, and customers.
Support onboarding of new customers and new hires to ensure smooth adoption and early success.
Serve as a knowledge hub across the company for market insights, positioning, and product value.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience in Product, Marketing, or Customer Success Management for B2B products, preferably in SaaS or regulated industries.
You are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare data for strategic decisions.
You are a strong communicator with experience in customer interviews, documentation, or training.
You have a foundational knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
Experience with regulatory affairs or packaging & labelling compliance is a plus.
Fluent communication skills in English are required; German language proficiency is advantageous, particularly for operations based in Germany.
