About the role

  • Collect feedback from customers through interviews, surveys, and account reviews.
  • Analyze product usage data, support tickets, and market trends to identify patterns and opportunities for upcoming product enhancements.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark our offering.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations for Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Develop product marketing collateral (datasheets, white papers, case studies, presentations, webinars).
  • Work with Marketing to shape campaigns and content that address real customer needs and market pain points.
  • Ensure Sales has the right tools and messaging to position the product effectively with new and existing customers.
  • Create and continuously update scalable sales training materials for internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and new hires to ensure smooth adoption and early success.
  • Serve as a knowledge hub across the company for market insights, positioning, and product value.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Product, Marketing, or Customer Success Management for B2B products, preferably in SaaS or regulated industries.
  • You are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare data for strategic decisions.
  • You are a strong communicator with experience in customer interviews, documentation, or training.
  • You have a foundational knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with regulatory affairs or packaging & labelling compliance is a plus.
  • Fluent communication skills in English are required; German language proficiency is advantageous, particularly for operations based in Germany.
