About the role

  • Lead product development projects
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify portfolio opportunities
  • Track market trends and generate insights for campaigns
  • Establish pricing for the product mix and monitor it versus the market
  • Present strategic launch materials to key internal stakeholders
  • Guide and align activations with partnership teams (define campaign calendar, pricing, main claims, and storytelling)
  • Interface with Projects, Communications, PR, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Web, Demand Planning, Commercial/Sales, and Finance teams
  • Liaise with agencies and partner artists

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications: Advertising, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields
  • Experience in product development and creating new products
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Preferred experience in product innovation within the beauty/cosmetics segment
