Responsibilities
Lead product development projects
Monitor competitor activity and identify portfolio opportunities
Track market trends and generate insights for campaigns
Establish pricing for the product mix and monitor it versus the market
Present strategic launch materials to key internal stakeholders
Guide and align activations with partnership teams (define campaign calendar, pricing, main claims, and storytelling)
Interface with Projects, Communications, PR, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Web, Demand Planning, Commercial/Sales, and Finance teams
Liaise with agencies and partner artists
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications: Advertising, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields
Experience in product development and creating new products
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Preferred experience in product innovation within the beauty/cosmetics segment
