Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of products within Amazon Seller Central.
Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, backend keywords, and images) to boost search visibility and conversion.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain or fulfillment partners to ensure stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstock.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as BSR, CTR, CVR, and session data to identify growth opportunities.
Implement and monitor pricing strategies, promotions, and coupons based on competitor analysis.
Assist with handling customer messages, reviews, and returns in line with Amazon’s guidelines.
Ensure full compliance with Amazon’s terms of service, listing policies, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and overall account health.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart Marketplace.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data.
Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
