Product Manager responsible for managing the product lifecycle of digital products at Fresenius Medical Care. Define business models, market assessments, and drive commercialization efforts.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall product lifecycle of dedicated digital products
Define new business models for digital products
Ensure continuous alignment among product portfolio
Conduct market assessments for key products
Define customer needs and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Implement innovative tracking methods for disposables and pharmaceuticals
Collaborate with local/regional marketing/sales/product management teams
Monitor competitor landscape and derive conclusions for competitiveness
Prioritize features and functions and oversee the development and releases of the product
Drive commercialization and market launch together with local/regional marketing
Requirements
Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in engineering, computer sciences / digital area and/or business administration
Digital experience and product portfolio knowledge
More than 6+ years’ experience in MedTech, Technology / Software-as-a-Service industry and functionally in Digital, R&D, Marketing, Product Management (or similar area)
Relevant knowledge and experience of 4+ years in at least one of the following functional areas: Digital Transformation, Clinical processes, Supply chain management, UX/UI service design
Proven track record of 2+ years in setting up and leading global initiatives with global teams in a complex matrix organization
Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration with R&D counterparts, sales, marketing, quality, regulatory, product management, and customers
Deep knowledge and experience in product management and application of methods and tools
Strong leadership and moderation skills
Team player with strong communication skills
Global mindset and willingness for occasional business trips
Fluent in English, knowledge of German would be a plus
