Responsibilities
- Act as the main link between business, technology and compliance teams, defining priorities, scope and the development of banking products and solutions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features according to business value and regulatory requirements.
- Lead communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in delivering value.
- Work with development teams to design efficient solutions, taking technical and regulatory aspects into account.
- Apply and champion agile methodologies, promoting efficient, high-quality product management.
- Be familiar with process automation tools, especially Camunda and Jira, for workflow and regulatory process management.
- Possess technical and business knowledge of the Matera core banking system, contributing to integration and improvements of central banking systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and financial sector requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in banks or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulatory projects and compliance.
- Experience with Camunda or other BPMN process automation platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of the Matera core banking system.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, products and systems, with focus on regulations such as BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank), open banking, PIX, among others.
- Analytical profile with excellence in backlog management, prioritization and stakeholder communication.
- Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or similar) are a plus.
