About the role

  • Senior Product Manager shaping digital tools supporting fleet operations in Corpay. Leading product strategy and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Product Director to define and refine product vision, goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the business strategy
  • Working with the research team to undertake market and competitor benchmarking , and identify relevant digital trends or disruptors
  • Influencing a cross-functional team comprising business SMEs, Product Managers/Owners, Technology and Marketing across the product development lifecycle to design, deliver, launch, optimise and sunset capabilities/solutions based on strategy, data and insights
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and advocate the customer experience, partnering with Design and Engineering Managers to deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Defining the initiatives supported by business cases and drive discovery across exploration and solution design phases, incorporating problem-solving and technical assessments
  • Leading Product Managers/Owners across the experience design, development and testing phases, ensuring quality and pace
  • Driving cross-team collaboration for go-to-market, inputting on the strategy and communication plans
  • Ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained at key stage gates of the product development framework
  • Working with Data Analytics team and Product Managers/ Owners to ensure data availability to drive performance across mobile apps and web portals , feeding into the wider end-to-end product metrics and business goals
  • Telling the product story through regular reporting covering design, development and performance as well as facilitating product demos
  • Making decisions based on data, insights and experience , supporting Product Managers/Owners with prioritising the roadmap
  • Working with front-line teams to continuously monitor customer feedback and drive the required actions

Requirements

  • Passionate about the customer , solving complex problems, and influencing beyond organisational boundaries
  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in mobile applications and website portals
  • 2+ years of experience leading product strategy
  • Experience of working in Agile , applying Design Thinking , Rapid Application Development, and Continuous Product Development techniques
  • Technical knowledge of payment products and digital tools
  • Excellent communication skills – written and presentations
  • Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and technical landscapes, demonstrating drive and resilience.
