- Comprensión de las metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y experiencia en la coordinación de equipos de desarrollo para garantizar entregas rápidas y de alta calidad.
- Análisis de Datos
- Habilidad para analizar datos, interpretar métricas clave y tomar decisiones basadas en la evidencia (KPIs, NPS, CSAT, ROI).
- Gestión de Roadmaps
- Capacidad para crear y gestionar roadmaps de productos, alineando las características del producto con los objetivos de negocio.
Requirements
- Título universitario en áreas relacionadas con Negocios, Ingeniería, Tecnologías de la Información o campos afines.
- Experiencia específica en el rol de Product Manager durante al menos 2-3 años.
- Historial exitoso en la implementación de proyectos E2E en empresas de gran tamaño
- Dominio avanzado de inglés (escrito y hablado)
