Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy for the financial management domain within the SaaS platform.
Elicit, define and prioritize product requirements, use cases and associated risks.
Plan and track feature development, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Business, UX, Engineering and Data teams.
Conduct market research, customer interviews and feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive adoption of the features developed within your scope.
Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage the full end-to-end product development lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
Basic proficiency in English and basic proficiency in Spanish.
Proven experience in managing and developing technology products.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up or similar).
Experience in the financial sector or payments is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and SQL.
Ability to conduct user testing and market analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
