Responsibilities
Support product strategy and roadmap execution under guidance of leadership
Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and compliance teams to deliver scalable experiences
Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination
Help ensure products meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards common in FinTech
Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product performance metrics
Engage client stakeholders at all levels to understand pain points, needs, and provide product solutions.
Requirements
4+ years of product management experience in the payments space
Knowledge of financial services, banking, fintech platforms and/or payments lifecycle (acquiring, tokenization, payouts, risk, onboarding, or settlements)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Experience communicating with senior leaders, external clients, and partners
Proven ability to drive cross-functional partnerships
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
