About the role

  • Define and drive strategic vision, roadmap, and implementation of EGA’s display campaign configuration capabilities.
  • Work across the EGA organization to enable this advertising platform for internal and external users.
  • Determine how EGA is evolving its ads business and prioritize platform investments to create maximum efficiency and scale.
  • Rationalize onsite and offsite campaign configuration capabilities.
  • Integrate identity management and user roles into the ad platform for simple onboarding.
  • Provide deep market and advertiser insights for campaign configuration, optimization, and reporting capabilities.
  • Resolve cross-functional escalations and ensure alignment on campaign configuration with commercial teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Leading technical products in an AdTech or e-commerce environment
  • Proven track record of owning the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Working with cross-functional teams (engineering, research, design, commercial)
  • Strong domain expertise in platform product management
  • Domain expertise in digital advertising, including knowledge of display advertising, programmatic advertising, campaign configuration, and performance metrics (CTR, ROAS)
