Senior Product Manager managing product development for digital financial solutions in Brazil. Focus on enhancing payment assistant functionalities and user engagement.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the development squad and backlog for the Payments Assistant;
Map actions to drive activation, engagement and recurring use of customers within the Assistant (DDA, DA, automatic, scheduled and recurring Pix);
Conduct user research together with UXR and Design to gain deep understanding of needs, pain points and opportunities;
Identify and prioritize journey optimizations based on experimentation, A/B testing and usage data;
Monitor and address regulatory requirements related to payments;
Ensure continuous improvement of the Assistant journeys, reducing friction and increasing perceived value;
Track adoption and engagement metrics such as MAT30, frequency of use, churn, share of wallet and the Assistant’s NPS;
Work closely with the Analytics team and use data as the main driver for decision making and prioritization;
Produce periodic reports on the Assistant’s performance, experiment results and impacts on the product’s key metrics;
Act as the product champion, consolidating the squad’s vision, strategy and objectives with clarity and alignment across all areas.
Requirements
Strong experience in developing digital financial products is essential, with prior experience as a Product Manager in payments, billing, payments assistant, Pix or banking;
Organized, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to develop and communicate the product’s strategic vision;
Comfortable collaborating across multiple areas (Tech, Architecture, Analytics, UXR, Design, Business, CX, Compliance, Growth, Martech);
Knowledge of agile methodologies, performance metrics tracking and digital product management;
Experience with Power BI, Jira, Miro, Figma and advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Ability to analyze key metrics (MAT, engagement, share of wallet, churn, transactional success, NPS, TPV);
Availability to work in a hybrid model (near CPTM Morumbi station).
