Performs ongoing maintenance tasks in support of existing processes and systems
Coordinates enhancements and product changes within existing systems or existing vendor applications
Collaborates with Agile Teams, Insurance Product team, Underwriting teams, and Frontline support team members to address changes to insurance product, incidents, and/or missed requirements
Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems or processes
Creates and maintains supporting documentation of product changes, system configuration, and decision rationales
Serves as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of product maintenance goals and timelines
Requirements
Associate's degree in business, insurance or related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered
3+ years of P&C insurance industry experience
Prior underwriting, claims, or customer service experience
Strong communication skills
