Responsibilities

  • Work Across the Entire Product Cycle: Participate in product development from discovery through final UI delivery, using user-centered methodologies to propose continuous improvements and ensure an outstanding experience based on real user feedback.
  • Experience Direction: Be responsible for defining and guiding the experience of Pluxee products across B2C (consumers), B2B (clients) and B2M (partner merchants) verticals, ensuring alignment with the Product Manager to maintain cohesion between teams and deliver innovative, user-focused solutions.
  • Conduct User Research and Interviews: Lead interviews, field research and behavior analysis to understand users’ needs and desires, ensuring design decisions are informed by real data and insights.
  • Map the User Journey: Develop and optimize journey maps and touchpoints to ensure a seamless and efficient experience across all product interactions.
  • Prototyping and Usability Testing: Create functional prototypes and conduct usability tests with real users, validating hypotheses and iterating the design based on results to ensure effective, intuitive solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business teams and stakeholders to align technical, business and design objectives, promoting solutions that are functional and meet the expectations of all involved areas.
  • Requirements Integration: Translate technical and business requirements into design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality and scalability, ensuring the final product aligns with usability, accessibility and efficiency guidelines.
  • Promote Design Culture: Champion and disseminate design culture at Pluxee, encouraging design thinking, user-centered design, experimentation and collaboration across teams, with a focus on strengthening design’s role in creating business value.
  • Stay Up to Date: Continuously keep up with design trends, new technologies and best practices to apply innovation to projects and drive ongoing improvements in the product.
  • Design Communication and Presentation: Clearly communicate design solutions and their rationale to the product trio, stakeholders, technical teams and management board, articulating choices based on research, data and user feedback.
  • Continuous Iteration: Refine and evolve designs based on performance metrics and continuous feedback, ensuring a product experience that is constantly improving.

Requirements

  • Degree in a design-related field (Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Digital Design or similar);
  • Experience in design and working on digital products;
  • Analytical and proactive mindset;
  • Experience with UI and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, etc.);
  • Portfolio with case studies of completed projects;
  • Advanced English is a plus.
