About the role

  • Producer responsible for video and podcast content creation at Proverbs 31 Ministries. Overseeing production processes and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and audience needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the video capture process by casting vision for projects, providing direction on best practices and ensuring quality from ideation to final product.
  • Participate in the planning process for videos and podcast series in order to uphold the P31 voice and vision in every deliverable.
  • Project manage and oversee video shoots and podcast audio, providing leadership on set for content contributors.
  • Review, deliver, and file final video products.
  • Provide support in the development of P31 and Therapy & Theology content series, as well as, manage all podcast pre- and post-production needs.
  • Capture audio and coordinate deliverables with audio engineers.
  • Facilitate the maximization of audio and video content for distribution across all P31 channels.
  • Record and capture advertisements for internal marketing initiatives and external partnerships.
  • Oversee the capturing of content aligned with the YouTube programming calendar, ensuring videos follow platform best practices for maximum reach, delivering final assets for upload, and leveraging AI tools to repurpose full-length content across multiple formats.
  • Lead live and online event production to create a Spirit-filled experience, managing teams, vendors, and logistics; oversee planning, budgets, AV/stage needs, run sheets, and communication to ensure smooth execution and alignment with event vision.
  • Manage the A/V budget as well as relationships with external vendors such as videographers and audio engineers.

Requirements

  • An understanding of and a commitment to the mission and values of Proverbs 31 Ministries.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in video, audio, or event production (agency, in-house media team, nonprofit, or similar).
  • Proficiency with video and audio production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, studio gear).
  • Experience with editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Audition, Pro Tools, or similar).
  • Familiarity with YouTube and podcast distribution best practices.
  • Ability to contribute creative vision and ensure the project's creative goals are met.
  • Experience producing live or online events, including AV coordination, stage/set design, run-of-show creation, and vendor management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, talent, and external vendors.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and logistical details.
  • Physical Requirements: Standing and/or walking for long periods of time on-set or at an event. Lifting set/stage design props up to 40 pounds. Travel for offsite shoots, when necessary. Participation in annual She Speaks Conference (typically mid/late July) plus other events as planned.
