Requirements

  • Independent procurement of subcontractor and supplier services in track/rail construction
  • Conduct price comparisons, evaluate bids and lead contract award negotiations
  • Negotiate and finalize subcontractor contracts
  • Ongoing market and supplier analysis
  • Close collaboration with project management to ensure schedule, quality and cost objectives are met
