About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead global raw materials procurement projects and develop category strategies
- Supplier management and negotiations to secure optimal terms and long-term partnerships
- Assess risks, ensure supply continuity, and ensure compliance with sustainability standards (e.g., EUDR, RSPO, Responsible MICA)
- Cost optimization, value analysis, and continuous improvement of total cost of ownership
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to balance innovation, performance, and cost
- Optimize procurement processes, define and monitor KPIs, and drive data-based decision making
- Contribute to global projects focused on growth, sustainability, and innovation
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in international raw materials procurement, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or chemicals
- Expertise in procurement strategy, supplier management, and project management
- Knowledge of sustainability and compliance initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills, contract-savvy and assertive, able to work independently
- Excellent English language skills
