Handle all procurement activities for Alpega Group (indirect procurement: IT & Purchased Services).
Supplier management: initial contact, RFI/RFQ, compare offers, and finalize contracts.
Support preparation and execution of tenders and negotiations for service suppliers (training, HR & payroll, creative agencies, IT software and hardware).
Manage contract renewals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial opportunities.
Support ESG reporting and consolidation process (scope, methodology, timing, data quality).
Support implementation and maintain sustainability reporting communication with internal stakeholders.
Monitor new regulations and assess impact on software company governance, risk management, processes, organization, people, and technology.
Report to Director of Procurement & ESG and work closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and HR.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree with affinity for finance, economics, or business administration.
Mid-level experience (minimum experience: not specified).
Great communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & external).
Proactive, eager to learn, result-oriented; takes initiative.
Analytic mindset with attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
Advanced Office 365 skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint).
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
English fluency (mandatory).
French, Dutch, or German is a plus.
