About the role

  • Plan, organize and execute procurement activities for the assigned category;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met;
  • Support the identification of process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions;
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of acquisition strategy for assigned categories, supporting the achievement of established objectives;
  • Collaborate with leadership to define the procurement plan based on historical needs and new demands;
  • Track execution, prepare monthly reports and analyze deviations in deadlines, benefits and scope, proposing corrective actions;
  • Meet specific procurement objectives, following established protocols and systems;
  • Support supplier negotiations and manage the procurement process for assigned product or service groups;
  • Perform quantitative (financial) and qualitative analyses, as well as scenario modeling to assess margins, costs and projections that strengthen negotiation and acquisition strategies;
  • Compare alternatives and recommend optimized solutions aligned with the financial and operational objectives of the OpCos, ensuring efficiency, quality and timely delivery;
  • Support the closure of acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, terms and conditions according to the sourcing strategy;
  • Support continuous improvement of contracts and strategic negotiations, seeking synergies and significant savings across Group companies;
  • Prepare and consolidate reports, comparisons and presentations for strategic and leadership meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information;
  • Provide internal advisory support: guide Group areas in identifying and contracting appropriate products and services aligned with organizational and operational needs;
  • Ensure compliance: ensure adherence to the procurement and supply policies and guidelines of the OpCos and the Group, also advising business areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields (diploma or proof of graduation);
  • Experience in Procurement, Finance or Commercial Analysis roles;
  • Advanced English for commercial negotiations and executive presentations (the selection process will be conducted in English);
  • Knowledge of Spanish;
  • Experience in the category sector in which you will operate (Maintenance, Airports, IT, Cabin Materials, Contracts, Customer Experience/Projects or Insurance);
  • Experience in the aviation industry;
  • Certifications in Procurement, Negotiation or Project Management.
