About the role

  • Plan, organize and execute purchasing activities for the assigned category;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure established targets are met;
  • Support the identification of process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions;
  • Contribute to defining and executing the sourcing strategy for assigned categories;
  • Collaborate with leadership to define the procurement plan;
  • Achieve specific acquisition objectives;
  • Support supplier negotiations;
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses;
  • Compare alternatives and recommend optimized solutions;
  • Support the closure of procurement processes;
  • Support continuous improvement of contracts and strategic negotiations;
  • Prepare and consolidate reports.

Requirements

  • Degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields (degree or graduation certificate);
  • Experience in Procurement, Finance or Commercial Analysis roles;
  • Advanced English for commercial negotiations and executive presentations;
  • Experience in the specific category sector of work (Maintenance, Airports, IT, Cabin Materials, Contracts, Customer Experience/Projects or Insurance);
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus;
  • Certifications in Purchasing, Negotiation or Project Management are a plus.
