About the role

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the business analysis team and deliver solution and analysis to scheme teams (including NPP, eftpos and BPay)
  • Lead development and implementation of process management outcomes in collaboration with Process Owners
  • Deliver sustainable process management outputs to support the AP+ business Maturity Program
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in process management (capture to optimisation) to align with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and validate process ownership, end to end process outcomes and process improvements
  • Lead process workshops to validate ownership, identify end to end processes, assess process maturity and build roadmaps for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and build a backlog of automations
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate process improvements and project updates to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple process scopes in parallel and prioritise tasks effectively to support process owners
  • Design effective process controls, map risks and obligations to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by championing best practices and innovation throughout the organisation
  • Take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others and support AP+ to meet its duties under relevant safety and environmental legislation

Requirements

  • Significant relevant experience: 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business process management, improvement, optimisation or engineering or related roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading process improvement workshops, activities and delivering significant business impact
  • Proven ability to drive change in a complex environment, with a strong focus on collaborative improvement
  • Project management practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira) is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g. Signavio, ARIS, Nintex, Holocentric, or other BPMN2.0 modelling tools)
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams
