Responsibilities
Develop, re-activate, and maintain relationships with customers.
Accompany new customers and end-users on projects, expanding your professional network.
Give demonstrations and trainings to customers, professional end-users, and schools/associations.
Sell promotional actions and campaigns.
Coordinate, engage, and boost a team of external sales agents across Spain.
Negotiate with central buying groups (e.g., Saltoki) using strong sales and negotiation skills.
Requirements
Relevant bachelor’s degree or occupational training.
5–8 years in the professional channel from retail or industry, preferably in construction, sanitary, pools, or HVAC.
Handy and interested in technical jobs; able to inspire and educate others.
Proven skills in selling and negotiating with central buying groups.
Experience in managing sales teams (agents and/or exclusive reps), achieving targets, and developing people.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality; able to manage existing portfolio and acquire new customers.
Willing to travel 3–4 days per week.
Spanish (native/business fluent); basic English required for multinational collaboration.
