About the role

  • Senior Manager driving loyalty incentive strategies across core Expedia Group brands with a focus on CRM and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and design loyalty incentive strategies
  • Manage a multi-million-dollar budget
  • Align and communicate strategy and plans to senior leadership
  • Act as CRM business lead on cross-functional initiatives
  • Define and implement data-driven strategies for loyalty campaigns
  • Leverage experimentation and performance analysis

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in a marketing or commercial role
  • Proficient at structuring complex problems
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a plus
