About the role
- Join the Productivity Enablement Team as a Systems Analyst, supporting Agile practices for software delivery teams. Provide tool administration, user support, and data analysis to drive effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Join our Productivity Enablement Team, enabling software delivery teams through a suite of agile practice tools
- Provide premium support during the adoption and usage of these tools
- Collect and understand end user needs, solve issues, and ensure tool usage follows established standards
- Analyze and improve various systems and provide data analysis to enable data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with technology leaders and end-users to understand strategic requirements and improve product delivery
- Mentor and train peers and junior associates
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technology organization
- Jira and Jira Align administration experience
- Advanced skills in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, JiraAlign, Jira XRay)
- Experience in tool administration, system analysis, and user support
- Proficiency in JQL, JXL, PowerBI, and Power Automate strongly preferred
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience in an Agile setting
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
