Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems in heterogeneous environments.
System Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement system architectures that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure stability and security.
Diagnose and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
Manages and trades off performance, cost, schedule, risk and other system attributes to achieve an optimal solution.
Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including technical specifications, configurations, and user manuals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required, or combination of experience and education.
5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
Active DoD Secret; Top Secret is preferred
Strong knowledge of system design, integration, and architecture.
Proficiency with Windows, Unix, and embedded operating systems.
Experience with system security, data protection protocols, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in network infrastructure, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
