About the role
- Lead D365 Business Central implementations and act as Principal/Lead Consultant for major projects
- Deliver consultancy to clients onsite and remotely, including planned onsite blocks and occasional overnight stays
- Implement ISV apps and Microsoft Power Platform components as part of ERP solutions
- Advise customers on ERP functionality across Finance, Trade & Inventory, Service, Manufacturing/Projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver customer success
- Mentor and support colleagues, contribute to knowledge sharing across local and global teams
- Travel to client sites and Columbus offices as required
Requirements
- Skilled experience within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Expert knowledge in at least 3 functional areas: Finance Management, Trade & Inventory, Service Management, Manufacturing Projects (Jobs)
- Experience in implementing apps from ISVs such as Continia, InsightWorks, Tasklet
- Excellent ERP knowledge from NAV through to D365
- Experience in implementing Microsoft Power Platform components
- Successfully leading multiple major implementations (150+ days) in the role of a lead consultant
- Full driver's licence and access to vehicle
- Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
