Euromonitor International is currently hiring for an Associate Consultant or a Consultant to join its Dubai office full-time. The Associate Consultant/Consultant will lead and support the research through unique autonomy in project design and client management. She/he will also work closely with our syndicated industry experts to bring our best in client service and industry knowledge. The incumbent will report to a Consulting Manager in Dubai with day-to-day reporting for specific projects to other Consultants primarily but not limited to the MEAI region. The primary function of the AC/C role is to run ad-hoc consulting engagements by managing the research and fact-gathering process, analysing and synthesising findings and developing deliverables. The AC/C’s objective is to successfully execute the objectives of custom research projects with our clients. Euromonitor works with the leading industry players across different verticals and provides a diverse set of custom research solutions. The individual must be a self-starting, critical thinker with a structured yet creative approach to problem solving and an eye for detail. The successful candidate must be willing able to take full personal responsibility for delivering projects to high standards and client satisfaction.
Requirements
**Required Skills:**
A strong comfort around financial analysis and understanding of key drivers as well as an understanding of financial deals
Ability to be involved in projects outside of your home office territory (including global projects) and preparedness to support a wide range of industry and client profiles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a high-paced challenging environment and manage multiple projects
Ability to operate on your own initiative and execute projects related to (but not limited to) corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, portfolio strategy, target screening, commercial due diligence and IPOs
A curious and commercial mindset – you are keen to learn and understand things from a client’s point of view
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills – you are comfortable with data and financial modelling
Strong attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Arabic
**Desirable Skills:**
A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering or similar (Masters, MBA, CFA or other relevant qualifications is a plus)
4 to 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, market research, investment banking or other relevant project-based work experience supporting M&A, CDD and/or IPOs
Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research
Demonstrated success in analysing and synthesizing data, and communicating accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions
Demonstrated experience leading workstreams and small research teams
Advanced MS Office Computer skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
