Responsibilities
- Master the RELEX software configuration to solve customer challenges and optimize their systems.
- Workshop business and technical requirements from clients.
- Collaborate with customers to define and meet their business goals.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer processes.
- Build advanced configurations across various solutions to deliver maximum value.
- Test and validate solution performance metrics.
- Train customers to become proficient with their software solutions.
- Assist with scoping or demoing in sales cases when necessary.
- Work with Product teams to identify product development opportunities.
- Develop implementation best practices for different industries and expand product knowledge within the team.
- Interact with global teams for international projects and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Studies and background in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Supply Chain.
- Experience working with the RELEX platform or similar retail planning and forecasting solutions is highly desirable.
- Hands-on involvement in end-to-end project delivery — from initial requirements gathering to solution design, configuration, and successful deployment.
- Analytical mindset with a consultative approach, capable of identifying patterns, uncovering root causes, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration between technical and business teams across global projects.
- Comfortable leading discussions with customer stakeholders and translating technical insights into business value.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships and delivering solutions that truly make a difference for our customers.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to solving problems and learning new technologies.
- Strong communication skills in English.
