About the role
- Responsible for IT budget management (CAPEX and OPEX), ensuring control, analysis and execution of financial processes, procurement and executive reporting.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including planning, monitoring and monthly close;
- Prepare executive views and weekly reports for management and monthly reports for the board and CTO;
- Lead procurement processes, including forecasting, provisioning and cost allocations;
- Provide support for time tracking and approvals;
- Collect data for close, verifying and following up on approvals and outstanding items;
- Analyze and calculate third-party billing;
- Drive continuous improvement of financial and budgetary processes.
Requirements
- University degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Proven experience in IT financial management (CAPEX and OPEX);
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards);
- Knowledge of SAP (budget management and procurement processes);
- Experience managing significant budgets and cost control, with a focus on operational efficiency.
