Support and advise on our research strategies with our stakeholders, including clients
Compile and synthesize health and workforce data from claims, public health datasets, external public health sites, MMB data sets etc.
Assess project requirements and pull together multi-disciplinary teams of local/regional/global subject matter experts to keep projects on time
Support presentations for industry seminars and conferences
Support the development of white papers, blogs and other published material
Support training of the consulting community
Requirements
An advanced degree, preferably in epidemiology or in a related area
At least 2 years of experience working in public health, climate health, population health management, or global health role
Experience constructing research in key areas of interest including population health, econometrics, health system strengthening, digital health, climate and health, and health transformation
Data management and analysis experience preferred with prior experience using software tools including but not limited to Excel, R, Tableau, ArcGIS, SQL, Python, SPSS, SAS, and/or STATA.
Oral and written fluency in English
Experience in drafting presentations with pertinent narratives based on published literature
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to coordinate with colleagues, clients and vendors in a professional manner through email, teleconference, and meetings
Ability to work in ambiguity and think out of the box
Ability to manage and deliver work in a timely fashion
Proactive communication and project management with internal and external organizations and related projects
Team player, creative, enthusiastic
Comfort or willingness to learn public speaking and presentations
Strong influencing skills and teaching background welcome
No limitations on travel with appropriate timelines
