Requirements
Significant commercial experience in accessibility or related digital roles; relevant degree advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Strong communicator, facilitator, and problem-solver with sound decision-making skills.
Proven leadership ability—balancing autonomy with collaboration and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results.
Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focus.
