PreSales-Technical Sales role focusing on messaging, voice and video solutions at a SaaS company. Collaborating with key accounts in the DACH region while working in Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales und Technische Beratung & für Messaging-, Voice-, Video- und Collaboration-Lösungen
Ansprechpartner für Key Accounts und neue Kunden im Enterprise-Umfeld (Fokus auf DACH)
Durchführung von Demos, POCs, Workshops und Kundenschulungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktmanagement und strategischen Partnern (z. B. Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems)
Technische Begleitung von Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozessen
Vermittlung der Mehrwerte und Vorteile der Produkte an CxOs bis Techniker
Unterstützung des Marketings bei Wettbewerbsanalysen, Messen, Case-Studies, Erstellung von Demoskripten, Demovideos und Whitepaper
Requirements
Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering oder vergleichbarer Funktion
Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie CPaaS, UCaaS, Messaging (A2P), Secure SaaS, Collaboration Tools oder Telekommunikation
Kommunikationsstärke von Tech-Level bis CxO
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. business fluent), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Freude am Teamwork
Reisebereitschaft (DACH, gelegentlich Europa)
