About the role

  • Partner with Enterprise Sales to design impactful AI and automation solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Develop deep understanding of client goals, industry challenges, and competitors to craft tailored solutions.
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions to identify client pain points and position Ada's offerings.
  • Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations and demonstrations showcasing AI-driven solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in AI, LLMs, and generative models to create automation-first strategies.
  • Educate clients on AI's transformative potential and align solutions to business objectives.
  • Stay current on AI advancements to keep solutions cutting-edge and aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to ensure client feedback drives innovation.
  • Support Sales through complex sales cycles, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance.
  • Adapt to changing client needs, maintain proactive solution-oriented mindset, and drive revenue goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients to success through Ada's platform.
  • Required to occasionally meet local teams in London a few times a month.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering.
  • Proven track record of winning deals by effectively communicating value and differentiation.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and generative models, and their business applications.
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk, Hubspot), and integration methodologies.
  • Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for learning and innovation.
  • Comfortable meeting up with our local teams a few times a month in London, UK.
