About the role

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients; build strong, trust-based relationships
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and reporting sessions
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans and ensure deliverables are on time and on brand
  • Manage project timelines, scopes, and budgets, ensuring efficient execution
  • Develop and oversee integrated PR strategies tailored to client objectives
  • Craft compelling messaging, narratives, and content strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media relations, digital, creative) to bring campaigns to life
  • Identify proactive PR opportunities to increase client visibility and thought leadership
  • Draft press materials, talking points, briefing documents, and client reports; review and edit content created by the team
  • Mentor and support junior team members and support new business pitches and proposal development as needed

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of agency experience in a client servicing or account management role, leading PR-driven or integrated campaigns
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in media relations and developing/executing successful public relations strategies and communication programs
  • Strong understanding of advertising, public relations, marketing principles, interactive media, and production including latest industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide sound counsel and recommendations to clients
  • Leadership and management experience to mentor and grow juniors
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English, negotiation skills, and experience managing budgets
  • Results oriented and able to work under pressure to solve problems
  • General understanding of agency protocols, procedures, and processes
  • Organized, with a passion to learn
  • Willingness to travel as required
